      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a 3-5-year business plan for the department
      - Manage Resource Development annual budget and operations
      - Lead oversight and management of RD projects
      - Oversee data management, reporting, analysis, and evaluation for fundraising systems
      - Supervise administrative assistant, RD Systems, and Donor Services teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience with business plan development
      - Substantial leadership and management experience in a philanthropic field
      - Relevant training in an advanced degree such as a master’s in business administration
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a global and fast-paced organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Jewish organizations
      - Passion for humanitarian work and/or global Jewish service
