Assumes responsibility for facilitating, planning and programming related to The Hartt School’s admission and recruitment functions. Partners with Hartt Administration, faculty, staff, and other key constituents to develop, implement, evaluate, and re-envision Hartt’s admission and recruitment efforts for the college ensuring alignment commensurate with a world-class conservatory. Responsible for awarding Financial Aid allocations and monitoring all Financial Aid endowment accounts including creating reports for the Dean’s Office. Performs all duties in full support of the University’s mission, understanding that the positive and effective execution of these duties is instrumental to the education of the University’s students.About the company
