      JOB SUMMARY

      The Director of HR Delivery is responsible for overseeing the governance and execution of HR Technology initiatives. This role involves collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Service Providers to ensure successful project delivery. The individual must possess strong analytical skills to present complex information clearly to senior management, quickly grasp HR strategies, and represent them effectively. They should have strong business acumen, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to make timely decisions under pressure with incomplete information.
      Working effectively in a matrix organization, the Director will achieve results through collaboration, address difficult issues, and guide others towards meaningful goals. They must deliver results under pressure with balanced judgment, exhibit leadership presence, and have the credibility to influence at all organizational levels. Lastly, they should pursue continual process improvement, be highly organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
      CANDIDATE PROFILE

      Education and Experience

      Required
      · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
      · 8+ years of project execution experience.
      · Proven experience managing complex, multi-functional initiatives.

      Preferred
      · Experience in a consultative role that requires coordination across diverse stakeholders.
      · Experience developing and delivering executive-level content.

      CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

      · Establish and maintain governance over the HR Technology operating model
      · Implement and maintain governance framework to ensure effective HR operations.
      · Manage program tools for planning HR Technology initiatives, informing change management, communications, and learning needs.
      · Drive process improvement and efficiency in the governance framework.
      · Manage HR Technology workstream activities including; oversee execution of technology initiatives for multiple workstreams within the program.
      · Monitor capacity, risks, actions, and decisions, ensuring tasks are completed.
      · Manage HR Technology roadmap, resolving issues as they arise.
      · Lead meeting planning, agenda setting, content preparation, and action tracking to enable effect HR Technology governance.
      · Handle communications regarding HR Technology defects and support.
      · Maintain discipline partnerships and build strong relationships to understand business needs and achieve program goals.
      · Analyze information to choose the best solutions and solve problems.
      · Coordinate cross-discipline activities and escalate issues as needed.

      The salary range for this position is $125,600 to $176,900 annually.
