      Job Summary:

      The Director of Inclusive Culture will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of initiatives that promote a culture of inclusivity and belonging. This role is essential in driving strategies that foster an equitable environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and talents. This role will report to the Vice President, Talent & Culture and can be located remotely.


      You will make an impact in the follow way:

      • Strategic Leadership: Responsible for the implementation of Belden's inclusive culture strategy and its measures of effectiveness.
      • Advise senior leaders on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices and policies.
      • Program Management: Design and oversee programs that educate employees on DEI topics, including unconscious bias, cultural competency, and allyship.
      • Lead employee resource groups (ERGs) and facilitate their activities and growth.
      • Partner with HR to ensure inclusive recruitment, hiring, and onboarding practices.
      • Work with marketing and communications teams to promote DEI initiatives internally and externally.
      • Community Engagement: Build relationships with external organizations and community groups to support the company's DEI efforts.

      What you will bring:

      • Minimum of 7 years' experience in diversity and inclusion, human resources, or a related area.
      • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful DEI programs.
      • Strong understanding of DEI concepts, challenges, and opportunities in a corporate setting.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

      Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 anuually plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
