      Yahoo is building a world class marketing team to position the brand for relevance and growth. The Sr Director, Integrated B2B Marketing will report directly to the VP of Global B2B Marketing, Sponsorships, and Events and will be responsible for leading B2B strategy and integrated marketing across the portfolio of Yahoo products and subsidiaries.

      Key areas of responsibility include:

      • Oversee the global positioning and visibility of Yahoo as a must-buy for agencies, advertisers, publishers, and partners through end-to-end marketing strategies and executions.

      • Lead on the development and execution of a marketing calendar that supports new and incremental revenue growth across core business units.

      • Align customer segmentation with brand and product storytelling to inspire distinct campaign work that highlights industry leadership and differentiated solutions.

      • Deepen relationships with customers and empower sales, product, and engineering teams to more effectively and efficiently service our customer’s needs and goals, in order to improve satisfaction and perceived value in Yahoo.

      • Leverage full channel marketing solutions to accelerate growth and reach new and existing customer segments.

      • Mentor and develop team members to drive individual and collective growth.

      • Engage and influence cross-functional business teams (internal and external), including sales, product, procurement, PR, governance, legal, compliance, editorial, agencies and vendors.

      • Regularly report on marketing performance to the executive team, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

      Qualifications:

      • 12+ years experience with demonstrated success in B2B marketing with proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven brand growth and product adoption.

      • 10+ years experience in leadership; successful candidates should have a track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

      • Marketer who is fluent in digital, brand and performance; and has experience leading marketing strategies that support programmatic, search, and premium products.

      • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions; with the ability to also leverage data insights to inform marketing strategies, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing spend.

      • A strong commitment to a customer-centric approach, with the ability to put the customer at the center of marketing strategies.

      • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying industry trends and opportunities.

      • Ability to articulate complex marketing strategies and concepts clearly and persuasively to both internal and external audiences.

      • An innovative mindset with a history of implementing creative and cutting-edge marketing campaigns and initiatives that have delivered tangible results.

      The compensation for this position ranges from $143,080.00 - $311,150.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
