      **This is a hybrid position and can be based in Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; or Hanover, PA, with travel required.

      What You’ll Do

      The Director, Integrated Marketing Strategy & Communications is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of holistic, cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand equity, consumer engagement, and business results. This role will align internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency and clarity of message across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels.

      • Develop and execute fully integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, TV/OTT, PR, influencer, and experiential.
      • Lead Integrated Marketing Communications planning across brand and agency partners, developing and implementing optimal timelines & templates.
      • Partner with internal teams (Brand, Omnichannel Media, Insights, Sales, Innovation) to align messaging and launch plans.
      • Translate brand strategy into compelling creative briefs and campaign plans that resonate with target audiences.
      • Oversee the development of brand storytelling and creative content across platforms—from hero campaigns to evergreen assets.
      • Own the brand messaging framework and ensure consistency across all internal and external communications; Ensure campaign messages are tailored by channel while staying true to core brand positioning and tone of voice.
      • Partner with VP, Brand Leads & Media team to plan & allocate the Marketing Communications budget across media, influencers, agency fees, creative production and other tactics
      • Manage estimates, invoicing and tracking across all partners to ensure on-time investment deployment and budget forecasting accuracy
      • Own monthly and quarterly marketing budget reconciliation, accruals, and reporting in collaboration with finance and agency partners
      • Lead and manage external agency partners including creative, media, PR & influencer.
      • Work with agency partners on SOW development
      • Establish clear KPIs and ensure flawless execution from strategy to deployment.
      • Lead campaign measurement, reporting, and insights to inform continuous improvement.
      • Champion new ways to connect with consumers through innovative formats, partnerships, and emerging platforms.
      • Ensure alignment between marketing communications and the full consumer journey—both online and in-store.
      • Manage a growing internal team responsible for organic social media, influencer, and content strategy across multiple brands.
      • 10-15% travel required.

      What You Bring

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus)
      • 8–10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand communications, or agency leadership (account and/or planning), ideally in CPG or food & beverage
      • Proven track record of developing and launching multi-channel campaigns that drive result
      • Understanding of brand & marketing strategy; ability to advise on marketing strategies to help solve brand and business challenges
      • Strong creative instincts, exceptional storytelling skills, and experience managing high-performing creative and media agencies
      • Solid understanding of media planning, digital content, influencer marketing, and PR strategy
      • Successful management of complex, multi-agency / multi-brand budgets
      • Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and project management skills

      Salary: $125,000-150,000
