- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies and plans aligned with corporate goals and objectives.
- Drive initiatives to enhance colleague awareness and alignment with the company's purpose, culture, priorities, and more.
- Create compelling and consistent communications across channels that keep colleagues informed and motivated regarding company initiatives and updates.
- Collaborate with executives to understand their needs and create effective internal communications and campaigns.
- Partner with other departments and communications teams to enable consistent plans and messages.
- Manage internal communications channels and coordinate and support internal events and programs.
- Maintain a communications calendar/schedule, revisiting and revising it throughout the year.
- Ensure organizational changes are communicated effectively by partnering with operations, Colleague Success (HR), and other key stakeholders.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of internal communications initiatives.
- This role requires minimal travel.
- Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements ).
- 5 years of experience leading internal communications, with proven experience in change management communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- 10 years of experience in communications in a large organization (software industry experience a plus), with a track record of developing and implementing successful strategies and plans.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align internal communications with corporate goals.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
