What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct day-to-day operations of multiple departments and teams supporting enterprise level applications/tools
- Develop plans and strategies for enterprise initiatives and identify key outcomes
- Lead senior level customer meetings and engagements, building key relationships with leaders
- Facilitate conflict resolution and oversee budget development, management, and reconciliation
- Monitor and approve enhancement requests for all supported applications/tools/projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or healthcare or equivalent combination and related work experience
- Minimum seven (7) years progressive experience in Information Systems, Managed Care, or acute healthcare
- Minimum five (5) years of application/tool support and project management responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations and data linkages
- Strong analytical, organizational, and group process skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in IT or healthcare
- Experience in defining and implementing information systems in a multi-location environment
- Management experience with IS development, support, or consulting within a healthcare-related environment
- Superior communication, human relations, and presentation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
