      Overview

      This role is responsible for leading the learning solutions capability within the Learning as a Service model, organizing and managing the end-to-end process for design, curation, and procurement of content, as well as establishing and executing content governance. This includes leading innovative approaches such as AR/VR and AI-enabled content design. Additionally, to own the intake and design process for large-scale, global initiatives in partnership with senior stakeholders as well as leading learning design innovation work.

      The solutions produced through this capability will essentially be deployed PepsiCo’s global population of ~300,000 employees across 83 countries, in addition to 3PM/Franchice Bottlers.


      Responsibilities

      • Own the global learning solutions strategy for Learning as a Service, in partnership with Learning GPO and with input from Global TM COE, as applicable
      • Manage, evolve, and drive execution excellence of the Learning Solutions catalog globally, that includes development, procurement, and curation of content and learning solutions
      • Lead a global team of Learning Solutions professionals within Learning Ops
      • Lead sourcing, selection, and implementation of new content providers, in partnership with Learning Ecosystem Lead. This includes conducting detailed forensic analysis, as applicable
      • Manage strategic, ongoing, and new content vendor partnerships (e.g., Skillsoft, Accenture Academy).
      • Partner with internal and external stakeholders on optimizing global content catalogs as well as sector-, and function-specific catalogs where LaaS provides support
      • Provide direction for global standards for authoring tools and manage associated contracts and licenses
      • Establish and manage learning content governance
      • In partnership with DR&A team, implement consistent measurement and analytics framework for learning solutions

      Qualifications

      • Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Education. Master’s degree strongly preferred.
      • 18 to 20 years of experience in Learning & Development
      • Deep expertise in instructional design and development
      • Extensive experiene in developing and implementing large-scale, complex L&D initiatives and solutions
      • Global large-scale learning technology implementation and project management experience
      • Detailed understanding of HR business processes, particularly in the area of Talent Management and Learning
      • Demonstrated diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, lead, develop and coach diverse teams, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
      • Demonstrated ability to drive efforts to standardize, optimize and simplify processes and technical solutions that balance local requirements with global process decisions
      • Vendor management experience
      • Must be highly organized, with strong follow-up and results-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Effective problem-solving skills, high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and a strong attention to detail
      • Experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects on time and budget
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities
