- Bachelor’s Degree, concentration in Sales/Marketing preferred; Masters or MBA preferred but not required
- 12+ years of experience in managing Accounts
- Minimum 5 years’ previous sports experience with A/V related consulting in Sports Venues
- Results oriented sales professional with previous experience selling into the sports market
- In-depth sports industry knowledge
- Deep relationships within the sports industry and with key sports consultants
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and decision-marking skills
- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills and customer focus
- Technical expertise in the industry
- Understanding and comprehension of the application and quotation process
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to negotiate sales and contracts
- Traveling 50% of job
- Proven track record of successfully ‘hunting’ and closing new business for the company in order to achieve your targets.
- Ability to provide technical consultation to customers on Display applications and placements within a Sports Venue
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement through to closed sales.
- Proven ability to develop new relationships with key stakeholders, including sports consulting firms, architects, and construction companies.
- Develop and maintain territory sales plans which outline how objectives will be achieved.

- NYC: $208,500.00 to $220,500.00
- Washington State: $192,000.00 to $203,000
- California: $217.000.00 to $229,500.00

We are currently seeking a Director, Live Events, Entertainment & Sports Sales. The Director is responsible for selling the company’s goods and/or products related to Sports, Live Events, Entertainment and Spectaculars market. This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and fostering partnerships with key industry-specific consultants, Major and Minor league sports organizations, entertainment and live events conglomerates, college athletic programs including Athletic Departments and Alumni networks, existing customer accounts, owners’ reps, and will continue to expand his/her client base. This individual must possess specialized skills in developing and maintaining customer relations for the Sports, Entertainment, and Events industries through superior customer service and strong communication skills. In particular, the individual must understand how to identify via opportunities in these industries and they must own the necessary skills needed to navigate a sports and entrainment organizational hierarch including identifying the key influencers and decision-makers. The Director must be skilled at strategic and solution-based selling. This individual will manage profitable revenue growth within an assigned areas of responsibility, base of accounts and prospects and help to grow and improve the company’s profitability.Role and Responsibilities

The salary range for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, and actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role. However, the salary ranges in the following regions are expected to be as follows:
