- Develop and align technology strategies to support transportation goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to drive digital transformation through process digitization and automation.
- Align business strategies with digital capabilities and technology roadmaps to ensure strategic value.
- Develop multi-year investment profiles and gain cross-functional buy-in as necessary.
- Translate key functional capabilities into actionable initiatives.
- Partner with Project Management to oversee the implementation of transportation technology, ensuring effective management of timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Mitigate risks, manage escalations, and keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Build strong relationships across functional and IT teams to foster trust and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance in the use of software, data, and organizational resources for optimal results.
- High School diploma or GED
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Transportation and Logistics
- Prior leadership experience with progressively advancing level of leadership responsibilities
- Proven SAP TM experience in the Agriculture or Energy marketplace
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field

Summary
CHS Inc. has an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our supply chain operations through innovative technology solutions. We are seeking a dynamic leader that will spearhead the development of an enterprise logistics technology platform. You will collaborate closely with IT and functional leaders to drive digital transformation and ensure strategic alignment between functional goals and technology initiatives.
