- Accountable for the definition and improvement of the Quality Pillar of the Grundfos Production System
- Responsible for the global standards and best practice sharing for Quality in Manufacturing and Operations
- Coordinating requirements and initiatives for Digital Quality in manufacturing with stakeholders as part of Grundfos Digital Roadmap
- Leading the Quality Manufacturing team by creating a transparent environment, with a drive for results, continuous improvement and learning, based on trust and coaching
- Have a master’s degree – preferably in engineering or similar
- Bring solid experience with quality in manufacturing and operations
- Have extensive management experience – preferably in an industrial operational area on a global scale
- Are a proven expert in manufacturing quality tools, statistic tools and analysis
- Are experienced with and capable of leading digitalisation projects

You will join our central function, Group Quality, that has the global responsibility of supporting our entire business in all quality aspects and setting quality standards. More specifically, you will become part of a 6-person leadership team, where we work closely together to ensure unity in our respective quality branches. Define and drive the quality pillar in Grundfos Production system for our running production
As our new Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturing quality and optimising our quality methods – including leading the digitalisation of quality processes. Doing so, you will be leading a team of 3 skilled project managers in the Quality Manufacturing team, all working on ensuring the quality standards in the running production.You will be:
This role will take you travelling to our global production sites on a regular basis, and you should expect to spend up to 25% of your time travelling.
