      What You’ll Do

      Product Storytelling & Positioning

      Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches.

      Craft compelling product stories and value propositions that capture the interest of sim racing fans and gaming communities.

      Utilize agile methodologies and customer-centric insights to continuously refine and amplify our market position.

      Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy & Execution

      Identify key customer touchpoints and deploy multi-channel campaigns across digital, retail, and events.

      Work with content creators, influencers, and motorsport communities to generate authentic buzz and drive engagement.

      Reinvent existing product narratives with innovative content refreshes, special promotions, and creative repackaging to maximize product lifecycle and ROI.

      Customer & Market Insights

      Continuously monitor industry shifts, competitive landscapes, and evolving consumer behaviors to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge.

      Convert market intelligence into actionable, data-driven marketing tactics and compelling storytelling opportunities.

      Partner seamlessly with product, sales, and creative teams to align strategies and deliver consistent, high-impact messaging.

      Performance & Optimization

      Utilize robust analytics, KPIs, and feedback loops to gauge campaign performance and optimize strategies in real time.

      Implement innovative, growth-focused tactics that drive engagement, conversion, and overall brand impact.

      Brand Ownership:

      Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by upholding guidelines for visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice. Act as the final checkpoint to maintain high standards and prevent off-brand executions.

      Ensure that all internal and external content aligns with the brand’s identity. No “good enough” mentality—only excellence.

      Continuously educate and align teams on the brand’s vision, values, and communication principles, making sure they are embedded in every campaign, product launch, and customer interaction.

      What You Bring

      5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within gaming, motorsports, or tech-driven industries.

      Demonstrated ability to launch and sustain high-impact products in competitive markets.

      Deep understanding of customer journeys, with the ability to engage audiences at the right time, in the right place.

      Extensive experience with digital marketing, content creation, and strategic influencer partnerships.


      A genuine passion for motorsports, sim racing, or gaming, coupled with a deep understanding of the culture and audience.


      A skilled storyteller who can transform technical features into captivating, emotional market-leading narratives.


      Proven ability to thrive in cross-functional environments, driving success through synergy, innovation, and strategic vision.
