      Job Description

      This is a key role on the Marketing team for Fandango - inclusive of Fandango, Vudu and Rotten Tomatoes. This role will work to lead the team focused on exhibitor, consumer brand and industry partnerships proactively and responsively as well as creatively driving consumer engagement strategies and holistic integrated campaigns. This role works cross-functionally to drive marketing campaigns, go-to-market capabilities, and partnership opportunities for the Fandango business.

      The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with an ability to handle multiple projects at once and prioritize within a fast-paced work environment, while having a consultative approach to craft meaningful and impactful relationships that drive deeper business opportunities for the enterprise.

      • Partner Ownership for exhibitor partners, industry and trade associations, format partners and and consumer brands
      • Develop comprehensive business plans for key partners including strategy, business case by title, marketing, and budgets
      • Synthesize prioritization strategy with internal and partner direction, cultural/market trends, and consumer insights into compelling initiatives
      • Cultivate relationships, gaining trust and respect, and facilitate efficient, transparent communication
      • Adopt a consumer-centric approach to planning and work cross functionally with broader teams including Exhibition, Home Entertainment, Social & Content, Lifecycle, Synergy as well as Brand & Product Marketing teams to identify, analyze and prioritize user/segment needs with inventive solutions
      • Create and execute strategies and marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, product adoption, and market leadership throughout the film/television and consumer lifecycle
      • Partner with Consumer Insights to better understand our customers and industry, including competitive information to drive appropriate messaging and competitive positioning as well as insights that contribute to long-term product planning
      • Visual storytelling in pitching concepts, wrapping projects, and articulating impact for the organization
      • Weave metrics and insights and ideas into compelling, coherent stories for internal and external stakeholders

      Qualifications

      Basic Requirements

      • A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of Marketing experience
      • Superior communication skills with the ability to interact cross-functionally internally and externally with business associates and clients
      • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to execute against multiple, high-priority projects

      Desired Characteristics

      • Studio marketing experience and/or partnership experience with studios preferred
      • Strong client orientation and consultative approach combined with a proven record of excellent program/project management and stakeholder management
      • Dynamic and effective presentation/public speaking skills
      • Excellence at maintaining diplomacy, composure, and effectiveness through written and verbal communication
      • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop consensus within diverse groups and drive results
      • Proven leader with a positive attitude, and interpersonal skills who thrives in a collaborative work environment
      • Has high standards for work, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills plus solid attention to detail
      • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and learning on the job
      • A self-motivator who can take limited direction and produce tangible results

      Additional Job Requirements

      • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
      • Must be willing to work in the Los Angeles, CA office.

      This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
