- Report To Chief Marketing Officer
- Supports the Enterprise (B2B) side of the business
- Partner with the President of Enterprise to lead the development of our Enterprise marketing strategy, with a heavy emphasis on channel-relevant demand generation and self-service products using digital tools and programs.
- Develop nurture campaigns and demand generation efforts to drive awareness and interest for B2B products.
- Strategize with Marketing and Sales leadership across all sales segments to jointly define marketing needs.
- Reinvent the Enterprise customer journey in the Sorenson digital ecosystem.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners on marketing and design requests.
- Support industry partnerships and events, and the Sales team's collateral and presentation needs.
- Be accountable for the brand cohesion of Enterprise programs and digital experiences
- Understand market and buyer needs and use that knowledge to build compelling marketing and sales strategies
- Identify ways to improve or enhance marketing team processes.

Job Summary
The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Sorenson’s portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results. As the Director Marketing, you will work closely with our Sorenson Worldwide Sales, Marketing & Loyalty, and other key groups across the company to develop a holistic Enterprise marketing strategy for Sorenson. You will employ marketing initiatives and branding efforts to achieve short- and long-term Enterprise goals. The ideal candidate has the right blend of digital marketing and Enterprise (also known as B2B) marketing expertise to be able to develop impactful marketing plans that drive interest and influence, build brand differentiation, and drive engagement with Global 1000, Fortune 500, Midmarket, and Small and Medium (SMB) companies, Federal, State and Local Governments, and Education institutions. This leader will develop digital and sales programs that drive sales leads and revenue; is a strong collaborator who builds positive relationships with others across all levels – below, peer, and above; and utilizes experience in all facets of B2B marketing, including growth and demand generation, content and brand, digital product marketing, events, and customer marketing.

Minimum: 4 Year/Bachelors Degree, MBA, or Masters degree
Experience
Minimum Years of Experience:
10+ years overall marketing professional experience
7+ years in a management role in Enterprise field (B2B) and/or campaign marketing space
