- Skilled in data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
About the Role
As the Merchandising Director for our Beauty division, you will lead the end-to-end merchandising strategy and financial planning across both vertical and third-party product assortments. This role is central to newly launched Beauty division, a strategic growth initiative within our organization, leveraging our iconic brand portfolio and omnichannel retail capabilities. You will shape the product vision, drive category performance, and ensure a compelling and cohesive assortment that resonates with our customers across physical and digital channels.What You'll Do
