As a member of the organization's leadership team, provide operational leadership, oversight and a collaborative spirit ensuring that the mission and core values and Mission Integration priorities are effectively communicated and integrated into all facets of the organization. Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of initiatives that support the faith-based culture of the Hospital; including ethics formation, spiritual care of staff and patients, leadership ministry formation, core values education, engagement of faith communities, global ministries community benefit program development and implementation, and strengthening and developing partnerships with community stakeholders. Works in close collaboration with the Group Vice President of Mission Integration to preserve and enhance the identity and heritage of the Sponsors while engendering systemic mission alignment.

Qualifications

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• Master's Degree in Divinity
• 3 years experience in a ministry setting, preferably health care.

Pay Range

$45.75 - $79.51 /hour
