What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary contact for the customer, managing account-level communication
- Travel to client locations as required
- Collaborate with customers to determine program goals and requirements
- Oversee implementation, execution, and quality assurance of the Contact Center
- Collaborate with stakeholders for integration and process improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Healthcare Discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in supervising clinical educators in a Virtual Contact Center
- 3+ years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- 2+ years of experience in diabetes
- Strong organizational and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in reviewing and training on scripts for a Contact Center
- Demonstrated effective presentation skills
- Proven ability to motivate and coach others to drive performance
- Advanced computer skills and data base management knowledge
- Experience in software application including MS Office
