    • Conduct research for large donor meetings, prospects of major gifts, and events
    • Explore and develop foundational endowment planning
    • Oversee, manage, attend, and aid in the school’s major fundraising endeavors to include the Annual Fund, Auction Gala, and other fundraisers that may occur throughout the school year
    • Facilitate various special events and activities with our school families, students, parish, and faculty
    • Help build upon our community outreach activities
    • Provide for donor acknowledgement efforts, such as receptions, letters, and plaques
    • Maintain donor database, and ensure accurate and thorough reporting techniques
    • Coordinate an alumni program to include newsletters, an alumni website page, special events, and recognitions
    • Establish and maintain relationships with donors, including foundations and grant providers
    • Research, write, facilitate and follow up on grant requests
    • Implement new ideas for improving the image of the school
    • Work with the principal to ensure the implementation of the school’s marketing and fundraising ventures

      Job Summary: The Director of Advancement reports to school principal and is responsible for the overall organization and management of the school’s Advancement efforts. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of advancing the school’s mission and philosophy, event planning, relationship building, marketing, fundraising, accounting, technology use, publishing, grant writing, and operations of the school.
