- Lead and develop three customer support teams: aftermarket parts sales specialists, field service/training/demo personnel, and service desk technicians.
- Drive parts growth through both traditional channels and innovative e-commerce strategies.
- Manage and expand our aftermarket sales programs, including new product offerings and revenue growth initiatives.
- Oversee field demonstrations, training programs, and service support to ensure customers maximize their investment.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, rental, and sales teams to identify product improvements and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Manage warranty administration with fairness, accuracy, and transparency.
- Strengthen customer relationships by visiting key accounts and ensuring we exceed expectations.
- Heavy equipment mechanical/technical expertise with the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and translate product knowledge into customer solutions.
- A successful track record in aftermarket sales and customer support, including parts programs and service delivery.
- Experience in parts/e-commerce platforms and leveraging digital tools to grow revenue.
- Strong leadership skills: able to coach, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve results.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with customers, dealers, and executives alike.
- Data-driven problem-solving with the ability to identify trends and implement solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; 5–10 years of proven success in a similar leadership role.
