Director of Buildings & Grounds - Immediate Vacancy

Successful candidate will demonstrate successful experience:

• Supervising new construction and remodeling projects
• Preparing estimates and assiting with the bidding processes
• Preparing and controling department budget
• Directing and supervising custodial and maintenance staff
• Communicating productively with district staff, colleagues and vendors

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in architecture/engineering/construction management preferred
• 4 years experience in management of construction/maintenance/operations
• Ability to effectively communicate and
• Experience directing the work of staff
• Post Construction Storm Water Management certification
• Asbestos-designated person certification
• Nebraska driver's license and a good driving record
