      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create networking opportunities and targeted visibility to drive prospecting
      - Develop marketing and distribution strategies to transform prospects into new business
      - Accompany prospect transition with allocated account manager
      - Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to define the best sales approach
      - Respond to requests for commercial proposals and assist in contract negotiations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Extensive experience in Commercial & Digital Sales in the Travel Insurance space
      - Strong knowledge of the US travel insurance market
      - Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation skills)
      - Ability to clearly explain complex opportunities and translate prospect needs
      - Persuasive, persistent, personable team player with an ambition to excel
      - Resourceful, problem-solving, customer service orientation
      - Self-motivated, structured, and driven to produce new business
      - Knowledge of financial commission models, marketing campaign management, life & health insurance products, and data-based models
      - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
      - Understanding of how actions and decisions impact key company measures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in the Travel Insurance space
