Job Description:

Blink is seeking a Director with strong quantitative and communication skills to help build out a Business intelligence team. This role will play an essential role in analytics on all aspects of Member Experience. You will report into our VP of Finance, and will work closely with the finance team as well as many other teams within the organization including the senior leadership team. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Define analytical scope and approach, including creating KPIs across the business.
• Assess weekly and monthly performance to produce actionable and monetizable insights:
• Prepare and distribute reports on a recurring basis
• Partner closely with business unit leaders, Operations and Executive teams to translate insights into action
• Manage execution of strategic projects, leading cross-functional teams to accomplish our goals
• Research and work with cross-functional teams to implement data models that predict member behavior and identify potential growth avenues
• Develop new business ideas through understanding and collaborating with operational teams
• Work with technology team to improve and ensure that new and existing systems provide accurate, timely, and comprehensive data in a flexible, easy to access interface
• Perform all other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of business experience in Business Intelligence, Product Management, Strategic Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Business Intelligence or other relevant fields
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to develop and clearly articulate insights from large, complex datasets
• Strong knowledge and proficiency developing and delivering scorecards, dashboards and trend data
• Desire to be hands-on in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think strategically but achieve timely results; proven track record in execution
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively across cross-functional and executive teams
• Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Experience in consumer/retail industries a plus
• Knowledge of programming languages and advanced platforms is highly desirable (e.g., SQL, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx)

Pay Transparency: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
