      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee Brandywine Virtual Academy serving up to 41 school districts annually, with an annual budget of $15,100,000
      - Manage CCIU Driver's Education Program with an annual budget of $850,000
      - Develop and execute a strategic plan for BVA aligned with educational goals
      - Build and maintain relationships with school district partners
      - Lead marketing and recruitment efforts for optimal student enrollment and engagement
      - Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in online education
      - Collaborate with instructional designers and faculty to develop online courses and programs
      - Select and implement learning management systems and other technologies
      - Provide training and professional development for faculty in online teaching methods
      - Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's or doctorate degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in education
      - Experience in a commissioned officer position preferred
      - Experience leading an online learning program preferred
      - Strong understanding of online pedagogy and instructional design
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PDE letter of eligibility or ability to obtain one within 12 months
