What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor a team of Client Success Managers to ensure their professional growth and success
- Collaborate with senior leadership to execute the client success strategy and improve client relationships
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their objectives are met
- Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in client success initiatives
- Advocate for customer needs within the organization, driving customer-centric decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in population health, benefits, or related fields, including Client Success/Account Management
- 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience with a team
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and experience with Salesforce
- Background in consulting, wellness, health insurance, or related fields

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Gainsight
- Familiarity with health promotion research or benefits strategy management
