What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic leadership and direction in clinical areas to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with clinical practices
- Manage and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to ensure adherence to clinical protocols
- Recruit, hire, orient, mentor, and evaluate new staff to meet organizational and patient needs
- Monitor quality metrics to assess care delivery effectiveness and implement improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with senior living facilities to optimize care coordination for residents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current and unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in primary care, geriatric, or senior living services
- Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- In-depth knowledge of primary care and geriatric medicine
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
