The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the oversight, development, and execution of all market specific clinical programs within the organization. This includes implementation of core standards of clinical care, crisis intervention, staff training, compliance monitoring, collaborating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and financial management of clinical operations.
