Director of Commercial Property Management

Join a dynamic and respected commercial real estate firm as our next Director of Commercial Property Management. Based full-time in our San Diego office and reporting directly to the President, this is a high-impact leadership role focused on maximizing asset performance, building strong teams, and delivering unmatched service across a diverse portfolio.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor Senior Portfolio and Real Estate Managers.
• Manage operations of office, retail, and industrial assets.
• Drive financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, NOI, and CAMs.
• Oversee capital projects, vendor management, and tenant improvements.
• Build and maintain strong client, vendor, and tenant relationships.
• Use Yardi and analytics to monitor KPIs and portfolio metrics.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in commercial property management leadership.
• Active California Real Estate License.
• Strong experience with commercial HOAs, lease oversight, and capex projects.
• Proficiency with Yardi and property management software.
• Background in third-party management for institutional or private equity clients.
• Excellent communication, financial, and project management skills.
