- Develops and executes strategic training program and resources for community board members, champions and influencers.
- Oversees, manages and creates community profiles and engagement strategy ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, easily accessible and timely.
- Supports organizational business objectives driving employment, AHU student, volunteer and donor cultivation and referrals through community strategies and board management.
- Maintains a pulse on regional and local trends, competitive footprint/movements and overall landscape, and brings solutions and strategies to impact overall community health, brand and volume-driving efforts across all service lines and markets in the division.
- Responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining strong community relationships, engaging key community leaders and organizations for board engagement to enhance the brand and drive volume as well as establishing key consumer-centric strategies to meet the needs of the community.
- Develops and maintains organizational key stakeholder relationship and influencer mapping; maintains organizational stakeholder relationship management system and reporting; creates, updates and manages key partner/sponsorship briefs and community profiles; and manages CRM system.
- Ensures all board engagement, events, stories and impact are showcased through storytelling. Works closely with communications on messaging, tool kits, reporting, video resources and other resources.
- Manages community event table placement strategy, communication and ROI.
- Serves as brand champion and community ambassador, ensuring that execution of the brand and voice is consistently maintained across all areas of responsibility to establish/improve overall brand awareness, perception and impact in the market.
- Meets or exceeds all customer expectations, as outlined in the service level agreement and consistently role model the organization’s Mission and Values. Adheres to policies and procedures to protect patient information and identity; Obtain proper consent for all marketing, photography and videography; Maintain non-monetary compliance law regarding physicians.
- Bachelor's Required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with individuals, non-profit organizations and businesses.
- Well-connected in the community.
- Ability to express ideas clearly, logically and in an organized fashion.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented, able to work independently and prioritize.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage and lead a team.
- Strong writing, organization and interpersonal communications skills.
- Work knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Summary:The Director of Community Board Management serves as a member of the community engagement leadership team, directing and executing the organization's day-to-day board identification, placement and management strategy including board communication/messaging, training, champions/social advocacy management, tool kit management, reporting and dashboard management. The Director of Community Board Management Develops annual strategic board plan; setting goals, strategies and tactics to ensure organizational business goals are met. The Director provides executive leadership with dashboards and reports to ensure business goals are met, as well as provides input in the development of key relationships, affiliations and community partnerships. Ensures board member and organization satisfaction and optimization of talent, resources and opportunities.
