  Director of Construction Services will plan, organize, budget and monitor all phases of the home construction process in order to maintain efficient construction operations while meeting Company standards and objectives; train, motivate and supervise staff activities; monitor all costs and implement cost controls; walk homes in various stages of construction to ensure quality standards are being met; address customer complaints and ensure that customer satisfaction is being obtained. Effectively and efficiently build homes of high quality through entrepreneurial construction managers using standardized systems and procedures.
  
  Requirements include a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in project management, purchasing, bid and buy out, land development, customer service and scheduling, some of which should involve high-volume home building. Candidate must maintain a driver's license.
