Job Description

- Partner with Shared Services leaders to identify friction, clarify priorities, and execute process improvements
- Lead end-to-end improvement efforts focused on flow, accuracy, visibility, and reliability
- Build systems and routines that translate strategic objectives into operational discipline
- Facilitate value stream reviews, reflection sessions, and performance-based coaching conversations
- Establish KPIs and feedback loops that allow for continuous learning and course correction
- Coach teams and leaders in applying the Continuous Improvement Mindset to daily work
- Translate ambiguity into structure—building clarity where complexity and growth intersect
- Be a force multiplier—enabling others to lead through systems, not just heroics
- A builder, not just a planner—your impact comes from lived experience, not theoretical advice
- A transformation leader with practical experience leading cross-functional or technical teams through operational change
- Comfortable influencing across disciplines and at all levels of an organization
- Adept at identifying root causes, designing solutions, and helping others own both
- A communicator who earns trust, adapts to diverse audiences, and inspires action through clarity

- 8+ years of experience leading transformation or Continuous Improvement efforts with measurable, sustained results
- Leadership experience inside a business function (e.g., operations, technology, or shared services); consulting-only experience will not be considered
- Deep understanding of process improvement tools, operational systems, and team-based performance habits
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and systems-thinking capability
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CI certification preferred

The Role: Director of Continuous Improvement – Shared Services
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a seasoned transformation leader. You’ll operate as an individual contributor embedded within Shared Services, working closely with teams in IT, Finance, Software, Strategy, and Service Support.You don’t need Shared Services experience—but you must bring a track record of leading sustainable change from within a business or function. You’ll help teams design systems, solve real problems, and build habits that drive performance and reflect our values.
