      The Director of Corporate Compliance and Privacy (“DCCP”) will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and will be responsible for the development and oversight of effective compliance and privacy programs for the hospital and its captive physician network based on OIG and OMIG Compliance Program Guidance, as well as New York State and federal (HIPAA) privacy regulations. The duties of the DCCP will include, but are not limited to, performing enterprise-wide risk assessments; developing, maintaining and implementing compliance and privacy policies and procedures; maintaining the compliance and privacy hotlines and direct reporting platforms; investigating compliance and privacy concerns; coordinating and responding to regulatory audits and inquiries; developing corrective action plans; coordinating notifications and self-disclosures; working with the Internal Audit Department to create and implement an annual Compliance Workplan; providing reports for review by the CCO, Senior Management, and Board of Trustees; participate in quarterly compliance workgroup meetings; developing and implementing training; and other duties as requested by the CCO attendant to the role of DCCP.

      The DCCP should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. A Master’s Degree or higher and one or more certifications (CHC, CHPC, CHC-F, CCEP or CCEP-F) is highly preferred.

      Salary Range: $140,000 - $153,000
