Job Description

- Work with the Chief Strategy Officer to design and implement the annual corporate partnership strategy.
- Grow a portfolio of relationships through prospect research, networking, and outreach to new corporations. ·
- Independently manage a portfolio of 50-75 corporate partners.
- Plan and participate in corporate site visits and other events.
- Identify funding and strategic partnership opportunities that align with and advance the programmatic mission of the organization.
- Lead successful implementation of partnership engagement through in-person volunteer opportunities, cause marketing campaigns, and participation in events and conferences.
- Solicit corporate gifts, sometimes in collaboration with other QCH staff.
- Work with the Development team to identify prospective sponsors for new and ongoing fundraising events.
- Work with foundation consultants to develop narrative grant proposals, applications, and reports.
- Work with program staff to identify a range of engaging volunteer activities for our corporate partners.
- Work with program staff to expand corporate internship and workplace sites.
- Manage data entry of donor records and relationships in Salesforce.
- Travel as appropriate to meet with prospects and volunteers.
- Performs additional duties as required.
- A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience successfully developing and maintaining corporate relationships resulting in revenue generation.
- Experience building and maintaining cohesive and strategic partner relationships.
- Experience developing pitch decks, sales sheets, funding request proposals, and budgets.
- Flexibility and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and work under the pressure of multiple deadlines.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills, and computer proficiency are required.

The Director of Corporate Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and managing relationships with corporate partners of all sizes. The Director will pursue partnerships that could lead to major corporate gifts; event sponsorship; cause marketing opportunities; employment/internship placements; and/or volunteer opportunities for QCH. This position reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and works collaboratively within the organization’s External Relations unit, across all program departments, and with the Executive Director and Board. **Additionally, QCH supplements the New York State Paid Family Leave benefit to ensure our team members receive full pay during their approved leave**.
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
