- Clinical Strategy & Systems Development: Lead the development and implementation of integrated clinical systems across all service lines and platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs.
- Leadership & Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership to set clinical direction, support business development initiatives, and provide strategic consultation to operational and quality teams.
- Clinical Standards & Quality Assurance: Define, implement, and monitor clinical best practices and standard operating procedures, contributing to audit preparation and quality improvement initiatives.
- Staff Training & Professional Development: Design and deliver training programs that enhance staff competencies, while serving as a clinical resource across all levels of the organization.
- Innovation & Evidence-Based Practice: Drive the adoption of evidence-based interventions and innovative clinical tools, supporting data-driven care delivery and measurable client outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate communication and alignment across departments to ensure cohesive service delivery and strong integration of clinical and operational systems.
- Location & Travel: This is a remote role with significant travel required to DCI service locations to support system consistency, staff engagement, and service oversight.
- Education & Certification: Master's degree Education, or a related field required.
- Leadership & Supervision: Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience overseeing behavioral services or related programs.
- Curriculum & Program Development: Experience in curriculum development, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and Behavior Plans.
- Location & Travel: This is a remote role with 75% travel. The ideal candidate will be local to the Central Pennsylvania area, preferably residing in Lancaster, Pennsylvania 17601.
