JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Dean’s Office within the College of Engineering is seeking a Director of Dean's Office Administration. This position will serve as the Dean’s chief of staff, managing multiple administrative areas in the college while providing strategic guidance and advice to the Dean on operational matters, holding responsibility for the Dean's Office budget development and analysis, and serving as a budget executive delegate.
This position provides strategic guidance to the dean and senior leadership, leads Dean's Office strategic planning efforts, and recommends improvements to support the college's growth while managing college and University resources effectively. The role also acts as the dean's liaison and representative, overseeing multiple units within the college, including the Dean's Office Strategic Planning, the Dean’s Office Administrative Operations, and the college Scholarship Awarding.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:
$86,300.00 - $129,500.00Salary Structure - additional information on Penn State's job and salary structure.
