      The Director of Digital Marketing is a pivotal people leader role within our organization, responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of our digital marketing efforts. This individual will lead the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales and lead management metrics across all digital channels. This position will work in a hybrid way 3-4 days per week from our Dalton, GA corporate offices.

      Responsibilities

      • Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the residential business strategies.

      • Team Leadership: Lead and grow the digital marketing team. Provide structure, process, and standards for these teams to ensure success

      • Campaign Management: In conjunction with Brand teams, oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, AI search, email marketing, social media, and paid digital advertising.

      • Marketing Automation: Lead development of structured marketing automation program focusing on lead generation and nurturing across the consumer journey in support of our retail customers

      • Analytics and Reporting: Define KPIs and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts to make data-informed decisions. Create proper dashboarding and cadence for stakeholder reporting.

      • Stakeholder Management: Create strong relationships with stakeholders including brand leadership, marketing, IT, product teams, and sales to create a digital center of excellence as a trusted business partner

      • Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

      • Content Strategy: Develop and oversee content strategies that support digital marketing objectives including brand sites and syndication of content to key retail customers

      • Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies and incorporate these into the digital marketing strategy as appropriate.

      • Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels.

      • Compliance: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

      • Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance digital marketing initiatives.

      Qualifications and Skills:

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

      • Experience: 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

      • Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including GA4, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, SEO tools, and social media advertising.

      • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including a strong focus on prioritization of projects that deliver the highest impact for the business

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong presentation skills

      • Strong budget management

      • Must be action orientated and responsive in a very fast paced environment
