  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and implement a state-wide vision and roadmap for user-centric digital solutions

  - Consult with agencies on the design, development, and delivery of user-friendly digital solutions
  - Lead and manage a team of digital solutions professionals, providing coaching and professional development opportunities
  - Foster collaboration and partnership with state agencies, private sector partners, and user groups to enhance digital solutions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Proven experience in leading the design, delivery, and management of digital services
  - Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, digital service methodologies, and emerging technologies
  - Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to digital services and data privacy
  - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  - Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize resources, and deliver results within defined timelines
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  - Certification in PMP, product management, digital transformation, or similar
