- Lead the strategic planning and execution of all e-commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with company revenue and branding goals.
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of DTC websites and 3rd party marketplace channels (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot, etc.).
- Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to enhance visibility, conversions, and competitiveness.
- Manage inventory forecasting, seasonal planning, and merchandising in collaboration with supply chain and purchasing teams.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, affiliate, and display advertising.
- Analyze customer data and website traffic to improve UX/UI, retention, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate on content creation strategies that align with brand identity and market trends.
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs (e.g., ROI, ROAS, CAC) to drive performance improvements.
- Direct, coach, and mentor a growing team of e-commerce and marketing professionals.
- Promote a collaborative, data-driven, and performance-based culture.
- Identify team skill gaps and lead hiring, training, and succession planning.
- Oversee the implementation and use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI dashboards) to track business performance.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership through regular reporting on key performance indicators.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, customer feedback, and competitor benchmarking.
- Partner with IT, Product, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure seamless online operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners, vendors, and digital agencies.
- Lead or support public relations response strategies and brand crisis management when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, and online sales, including leadership of cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success managing multichannel online sales strategies and platforms.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, trends, and technologies.
- Proficient with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), ecommerce platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
- Experience in consumer goods, home, lifestyle, or retail ecommerce industries.
- Multinational company experience and/or international market exposure.
- Advanced knowledge of performance advertising platforms and CRM systems.
