      WHAT YOU WILL DO:

      • You will be responsible for directing all functions in the Maintenance and Grounds Department; oversee all landscaping, physical structure, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, FFE, and preventative maintenance of the property.
      • You will meticulously focus on safety, asset protection, and guest satisfaction.
      • You will be directing the planning, organization, and management for the maintenance department and lead in the adherence of all Bluegreen Vacations SOP's, quality standards, policies, and local governmental regulations.

      WHAT YOU BRING:

      • 4-year college degree and/or comparable industry experience and/or Technical Trade School education
      • 8+ years experience in Maintenance or related field
      • 6+ years in leadership capacity, preferably in hospitality
      • CPO, OSHA 30, EPA Universal strong preferred
      • HOTSOS experience strongly preferred
      • Possess strong budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills
      • Able to work all shifts as needs dictate
