Atrium Hospitality is seeking a results-driven Director of Finance to oversee the financial operations of the Stamford Hilton, a full-service property featuring 484 guest rooms and more than 59,000 square feet of flexible event space. Located just minutes from downtown Stamford and a quick train ride to New York City, the hotel serves as a key destination for corporate events, conferences, and leisure travel in Fairfield County. In this critical leadership role, you’ll partner with operations to drive performance, ensure compliance, and guide financial planning in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. If you're a collaborative and analytical leader ready to make an impact, we’d love to meet you!

      Salary Range: $110,000- $130,000
      Bonus Eligible

      What You Will Do:
      • Safeguard hotel assets and ensure compliance with Atrium SOPs—basically, be the financial guardian of the galaxy (or at least a few hotels).
      • Lead the charge on audits, AP/AR functions, cash flow, and tax compliance—precision is the name of your game.
      • Monitor and report daily revenue while managing accounting systems like a well-oiled calculator.
      • Partner with GMs and department heads to deliver smart labor planning, financial analysis, and budget forecasts.
      • Tackle house fund variances and month-end tasks with accuracy and accountability.

      What We Are Looking For:
      • 3+ years in financial accounting and 2+ years of leadership—your experience leads the way and ensures you’re ready to guide teams and make sound financial decisions.
      • Deep knowledge of AP, audits, and general ledger functions—because you know what keeps the books balanced, protects against errors, and ensures compliance.
      • Tech-savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office skills—Excel spreadsheets don’t scare you, which is key when making data-driven decisions quickly and accurately.
      • Hospitality experience—it means you already speak our language and understand the fast-paced, guest-centric environment we thrive in.

      What Atrium Leadership Looks Like:
      • Accountable Achiever: You take ownership and deliver results.
      • Agile Thinker: You adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
      • Talent Curator: You attract, develop, and retain top talent.
      • Transparent Leader: You communicate openly and honestly.
      • Leading with SPIRIT: You embody our core values of Service, Perseverance, Inclusion, Respect, Innovation and Teamwork.
