      • Collaborate closely with product, research, product marketing, growth marketing, data, and analytics teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling subscriber experience.
      • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
      • Define KPIs and operating mechanics while constantly iterating and scaling based on insights and trends.

      What we are looking for:

      • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, at a consumer technology company or commensurate experience.

      • Proven ability to work in matrix organizations

What we would like to see:

      • Proven track record of success in driving subscriber growth and retention in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or B2C environment.
      • Deep expertise in performance marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

      • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and experience with optimization tools.
      • Excellent understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and CRM platforms.
      • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
      • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term plans while also executing on short-term objectives.
      • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
      • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience building, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
