      Central Coast Salary Range: $170,124 - $255,186

      CenCal Health is seeking a strategic and mission-driven Director of Government Relations to lead legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts. Reporting to the Chief Strategic Engagement Officer, this senior leader will monitor policy developments, coordinate with lobbyists and regulators, and represent CenCal Health at key events. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director will also oversee the operations of the Government Relations department, helping drive cross-functional alignment with CenCal's strategic priorities.

      The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Medi-Cal, California's health policy environment, and government relations processes, along with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
