      Director of HR Operations

      Full Time

      Hybrid- Markdorf, Frankfurt, or Siegen, Germany

      € 136,000/year + 20% annual bonus

      Mostly remote/work from home, only going onsite for a team meeting or event

      We are eagerly seeking a NEW Director of HR Operations to grow and lead the HR department in our EMEA region. This is a key role within the organization owning the delivery of high-quality operational systems, processes, and procedures that support the continued growth and success. You will collaborate with global HR business partners, talent acquisition, legal, finance, and other key leaders to develop and execute strategies that will drive organizational change, improve HR processes and efficiency, and provide an exceptional employee experience. This is a Hands-On leadership role, as it will oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while optimizing and maturing our HR Operations function as a whole.

      What You'll Do

        • Design and implement a people strategy for Europe and Asia that aligns with our global strategy and the business and functional objectives across EMEA
        • Collaborative with global HRBPs and business leaders to create and implement exceptional talent management strategies
        • Build a high performing HR Operations team by driving change initiatives while coaching, mentoring, and empowering new and existing regional HR professionals to foster a culture of excellence.
        • Deliver exceptional experiences throughout the full employee life cycle across EMEA in alignment with our culture and values, from onboarding through off boarding
        • Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and specialized reporting requirements within all applicable countries in EMEA, and provide guidance and support to business leaders throughout the M&A process to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
        • Provide insights and recommendations to continually improve our talent operations strategy by leveraging data to make informed decisions
        • Define and document SOPs for all HR processes and systems within EMEA with a focus on continuous improvement to enhance the employee experience and improve efficiency
        • Develop and implement HR operational policies and procedures that align with the overall business strategy and objectives
        • Provide guidance and support to leadership and global HRBPs regarding country-specific HR-related matters such as performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance
        • Partner with Total Rewards Manager to collaborate on compensation philosophy, reward strategy and overall culture, to make sure we’re a top employer
        • Other duties as needed

      What Makes You A Great Fit

        • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
        • 8+ years’ experience in HR operations and HR systems management
        • 3+ years’ experience building and developing a team of HR professionals
        • Experience building new HR Processes, Procedures, and System Implementations in a SaaS-based fast-growing organization.
        • Expertise in business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation and human resources modeling
        • Demonstrated expertise in all areas of HR to include but not be limited to: compliance, compensation & benefits, HR information systems, payroll, onboarding & off boarding
        • Experience leading HR operations for a global organization, including experience working with remote, distributed teams
        • Ability to actively participate in, and sometimes lead, cross-functional teams delivering key projects and change initiatives
        • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and work culture in EMEA
        • Must be able to read, write, speak fluently, and comprehend English and German
