- Drive Operational Excellence: Lead system evaluation, optimization, and implementation across all departments; standardize processes, automate workflows, and coordinate with location managers to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Ensure Compliance & Quality: Develop and implement institutional policies, SOPs, and quality assurance measures; oversee regulatory compliance (non-educational), audit readiness, and adherence to HIPAA, federal, state, and accreditation standards.
- Lead Strategic Planning & Data-Driven Initiatives: Align operations with strategic goals; manage cross-departmental projects, budgets, KPIs, and performance dashboards; use data analytics to evaluate trends and support continuous improvement.
- Support Institutional Effectiveness & Student Outcomes: Oversee assessment and evaluation strategies; enhance student success metrics through feedback loops and data tracking to inform ongoing improvements.
- Foster Leadership & Collaboration: Guide departmental leaders, promote professional development, and manage relationships with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory agencies to advance the Institute’s mission.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Operations Management, Higher Education Administration, or other relevant field; Master’s preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management, quality improvement, and/or institutional effectiveness
- Demonstrated experience with systems optimization and policy development
- Proven track record in managing successful operational improvement initiatives
- Experience with data management, process mapping, and analytics
- Background in project management methodologies and performance metrics
- Experience with accreditation standards and compliance processes
