Job Description

- Heavy travel is required occasionally to other states.
- Traveling to and supporting sites, while also launching new corporate initiatives at sites
- Traveling to and helping lead transitions of new sites.
- Traveling to and attending new site bid presentations and walk-throughs
- Directly participating in recruiting, retention, hiring, and onboarding activities to ensure sites are staffed up.
- Developing strong collaborative relationships with clients to pilot new programs.
- Responsible for ensuring that sites stay trained on the latest NaphCare process and procedures.
- Review budgets and labor hours and make sure sites stay contractually compliant.
- Assurance of site compliance with NCCHC, ACA, and professional nursing standards.
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s in nursing or healthcare management/administration or a comparable degree. They will have demonstrated knowledge of clinical operations and experience in leading teams.
- Healthcare leadership experience is preferred

Overview
NaphCare has an exceptional leadership opportunity for an experienced RN administrative leader to be Director of Jail Operations. We will teach you our proven methods of correctional healthcare as you use our cutting-edge resources, including our award-winning electronic operating system.
NaphCare partners with correctional facilities across the nation to provide proactive, patient-focused high-quality healthcare with our teams of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support staff.
This person will have oversight of multiple facilities and will be instrumental in helping us expand our footprint. This is a Remote position and facility assignments will be determined. The candidate must live near Birmingham AL, CA, NV, AZ, CO, or WA and will provide leadership and mentoring to on-site Health Service Administrators, who are typically Registered Nurses.
