      Job Overview: Responsible for establishing the strategic direction of the Gaming Enterprise’s loyalty marketing program including direction for loyalty marketing plan, reinvestment framework, distribution methods, driving increased revenue through strategies/initiatives and management of all related initiatives. The Director will collaborate closely with other Marketing directors and other operations leaders to recommend, analyze, and implement programs that secure profitable repeat visitation
      and/or attract new club members. Fosters a “test and learn” culture to formulate new loyalty marketing concepts and ideas based on strategic initiatives and revenue targets. Responsible for overseeing data analytics of the Customer Data Platform (CDP), presenting key findings and recommendations to management. Lead Adobe CDP system integration and innovate to find new areas of technology that will help drive the future of Loyalty Marketing.

      Job Requirements:

      Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:

      • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing Technology or related field and a minimum of 10 years progressive experience in high volume hospitality, gaming, retail or related business.
      • Minimum of 5 years experience of direct, progressive people leadership.
      • Minimum 6 years of loyalty and rewards experience:
        • Driving lifecycle and retention marketing, including email, SMS/push, direct mail, CRM, and customer segmentation, preferably for omnichannel brands.
        • Working in an enterprise-grade marketing automation platform, preferably Adobe, to orchestrate customer/guests journeys.
        • Managing personalization and analytics/analysis strategy (i.e., A/B testing, multivariate testing)
      • Proficiency in data analysis, insights generation, and the use of a CDP and its integration with marketing automation and journey orchestration, preferably in Adobe.
      • Ability to analyze, interpret, report and act upon financial, guest, and statistical data with a demonstrated ability to perform data analysis.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to work and engage effectively with team members, executive leadership, and guests.
      • High level of emotional intelligence with ability to self-manage and to collaborate with and influence key enterprise leaders.
      • Proven senior leadership, change management, and team development skills.
      • Ability to prioritize, plan, and lead both internal and external teams to achieve project objectives.
