      Qualifications

      Minimum Qualifications:

      Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, marketing, communications, or related field

      Considerable knowledge of advertising, marketing, public relations publication design, layout and printing processes

      Well-developed communications skills, both oral and written

      Working knowledge of management principles and proven leadership skills

      Well-developed public speaking skills

      Desired Qualifications:

      Master’s Degree in Marketing; Communications, Public Relations or related field

      5 years previous marketing experience

      Working knowledge of healthcare field

      Responsibilities

      Directs system-wide marketing and community relations to help define and promote the Infirmary Health brand in the marketplace. Oversees system customer service initiatives. Directs the development, implementation, and measurement of marketing and customer service strategic plans, while managing fiscal and personnel activities. Directs the development and implementation of all public relations and communications strategies designed to support each of Infirmary Health’s hospitals, clinics and affiliates.
