      Job Description

      As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with a proven track record of building brand presence, managing integrated marketing and communications campaigns, and fostering effective communication both internally and externally.

      • Develop and implement the overall marketing and communication strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive business objectives.

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align marketing initiatives with business goals.

      • Oversee the development of engaging content for various channels, including digital, social media, press releases, and internal communications.

      • Manage public relations efforts, building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders

      • Identify and implement relevant partnerships, sponsorships and support the development of our unique one of a kind experiences

      Qualifications

      • 10+ years of work experience as a Director of Marketing within a luxury environment across rooms, F&B, spa and experiences

      • Experience building teams to successfully launch in an urban market for a global luxury brand.

      • Proven experience in a senior marketing and communications role with a track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.

      • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

      • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.

      • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and stay ahead of industry trends.

      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, ideally in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications
