      Director of Marketing

      Job Description:

      Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.

      The Director of Marketing is responsible for the planning and direction of specific marketing strategies in the account-based marketing and B2B space.

      How You Will Make an Impact

      Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

      • Directs operations of functional marketing areas which may include direct marketing, product development, agency management, marketing research, marketing events, and marketing communications.
      • Formulates and oversees short-term and long-term marketing strategies and tactics to grow profitable membership.
      • Develop business cases to drive adoption of marketing strategies
      • Create and drive the overarching marketing strategies for account-based marketing and client/sales support.
      • Partners with Account Management and Sales teams to drive marketing strategies that support business growth, increase client retention, and drive member engagement.
      • Recommends changes and adjustments to marketing strategies to increase program effectiveness.
      • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.

      Minimum requirements

      • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 8 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

      Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences

      • Healthcare or Medicare marketing experience is preferred.
      • Ability to leverage strong critical thinking and analytics to develop data-driven strategies and evaluate performance.
      • Strong presentation skills, as well as the ability to visually represent complex ideas in a simplified way, including experience presenting and leading clients through the development of member communications.

      Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy.
