      Candidate must be located within commute of Dillsburg, PA.

      The Director of Mission Support builds and maintains relationships with key donors and prospects in assigned PSL communities. In includes qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activities. The Director reports to the Vice President of Mission Support and works with the Office of Mission Support team, Executive Directors, and PSL management team members to build a philanthropic network of dedicated donors committed to PSL's future that supports mission-centered ad strategic priorities.

      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
      • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; required.
      • Three or more years of successful relationship development or fundraising experience; required.
      • Proven organization, multitasking and project management skills
      • Ability to build relationships, work collaboratively, and appropriately handle sensitive information.

      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Responsible for identifying and building relationships with donors and prospects is assigned communities to promote awareness and inspire support of the PSL mission and priorities
      • Develop and actively work a portfolio of 100 active gift candidates across assigned communities
      • Work with VP of Mission Support to ensure fundraising tactics are in support of PSL needs
      • Coordinate with EDs to ensure that there are opportunities to share the mission of PSL and communities' needs
      • Maintain fundamental knowledge of tax benefits in promoting annual, major and bequests/planned giving
      • Plan and implement team giving (employee) campaign at assigned communities
      • Willingness to travel extensively and meet with donors, prospects, and team members across the PSL service area
